TGMmini is hardware optimized version of the TG Motion control system. TGMmini serves for two simultaneous processes – realtime control with Virtual PLC and Human Machine Interface (HMI). Its compact dimension and wide temperature operating range allow large application usage. TG Motion is developed according to safety standard AUTOSAR and is prepared for Safety over EtherCAT industrial protocol.

TGMcontroller
TGMcontroller is hardware optimized version of the TG Motion control system. TGMcontroller provides a process function – real-time control (virtual PLC). Works as EtherCAT master and through the fieldbus supports up to 64 servo axes, 16 I/O unit, 16 additional user defined device, 3 independent CNC interpolators, each with 10 axes.
EtherCAT master has extremely low jitter of several nanoseconds. It means that the EtherCAT packets are sent to the fieldbus very precisely in time domain and allow controlling the motion process with very high quality.
TGZ+Motion
TGZ+Motion is a servoamplifier TGZ with integrated control system TGMotion, which provides real-time control (virtual PLC).
Utilizing EtherCAT fieldbus, it can control another servodrives and other devices.
