Digital servoamplifiers

Digital servo amplifiers serve as controllers for drives of various servo motors. Company TG Drives offers then in several different versions. Digital servo amplifiers TGZ and AKD are designed for controlling synchronous rotary and linear servo motors.

Because these amplifiers are designed to enable easy connection to various control systems, they can be used in many applications. Depending on the complexity of the application, control system used and interface, only basic functions ot the control loops of integrated motion functions may be utilized.

TGZ Digital servoamplifiers

TGZ digital servo amplifiers represent a new inverter concept for multi-axis applications.

TGZ includes modern digital control elements, simple preset functions that the user can call in their own user program, connection to fast digital buses, connection of modern digital feedback sensors, small power losses and a unique cooling system.

Thanks to the use of these new technologies, it was possible to optimize the dimensions, reduce the number of pins in the connectors and implement two power units for controlling two servomotors in the same space. TGZ is an economical and high-quality servomotor control solution.

TGZ servo amplifiers are currently offered in several versions determined by number of controlled axes, power supply voltage, type of feedback (Hiperface DSL, EnDAT, SSI) and type of communication (EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFINET). The type of the feedback and communication is given by installed firmware and can be changed by user.

TGZ servo amplifiers are currently offered in several versions:

TGZ-48 servo amplifiers are a low-voltage version for voltages up to 48 V DC, which is intended, for example, for mobile devices or devices requiring safe voltage. The TGZ-48 allows you to control one or two servomotors.
TGZ-S-230 version contains an integrated power supply module for connection to a single-phase 230 V AC supply and allows the control of one servomotor.
TGZ-D-320 servo amplifier allows the control of two servomotors and is intended for the connection of 320 V DC voltage from the TGS-320-10/15 power supply module.
TGZ-S-400 servo amplifier is designed to control single high-power servomotor. The TGZ-400 is connected to a voltage of 400 V AC.
TGZ-D-560 servo amplifier is designed to control up to two high-power servomotors. The TGZ-560 is connected to a voltage of 560 V DC.

AKD Digital servoamplifiers

Digital servoamplifiers AKD are designed for driving of rotary and linear synchronous servomotors. Servo amplifiers are equipped with multiple inputs for communication with many types of positioning sensors. This gives us the possibility to find an optimum priced solution of a used feedback sensor and of a servomotor application.

Digital servo amplifiers AKD are designed to be easily connected to different control systems, because of this the servo amplifiers can be used in many applications. In relation to the application and control system used, it is possible to utilize the integrated motion functions or to use only the basic functions of control loops.
