AKD Basic

AKD Basic is programmable version of AKD digital servoa mplifier. AKD Basic has the same performance as standard AKD, moreover PLC functions and motion control can be programed in BASIC programmable enviroment integrated directly in servo amplifier. There is no need of external PLC, electroinstalation or placing of control panel.

Expanded I/O version integrates additional digital and analog inputs/outputs, eliminating the need for remote I/O and providing even greater capability to serve as a complete machine/motion control package.

Standard version of AKD Basic

  • 7 digital inputs (+1 for "ENABLE")
  • 2 digital outputs (+1 for "error")
  • 1 analog input and 1 analog output
  • Ethernet service port for starting up, programming and ModBus TCP/IP

Expanded I/O version of AKD Basic

  • 20 digital inputs (+1 for "ENABLE")
  • 12 digital outputs (+1 for "error")
  • 2 analog input and 2 analog output
  • Ethernet service port for starting up, programming and ModBus TCP/IP
  • SD memory card for program and parameter storage

Other features of AKD Basic

  • Same performance types as standard AKD (3, 6, 12 and 24A)
  • Menu-driven programming within AKD WorkBench offers intelligent formatting, templates and debugging capabilities to speed development and assist in code documentation
  • BASIC supports conditional statements, camming, S-curve, limitless motion profiles and other techniques for more advanced motion
  • The cycle time of the PLC program depends on the processor load, typical it is in the range 5-30 ms.
